Add property "active" to the warnings
Check all warnings older than 3 months and if user has no other ones since the last 3 months - set "active" to false
Add a command to remove warnings. Provide an InlineKeyboardMarkup with options which one to remove
Remember the context of "active" when using /warnings
Add a complete export of all warnings as a JSON and CSV
